We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

All returned batteries are tested and inspected — including verification of voltage levels and internal BMS data — to confirm the product has not been used.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from the total refund amount once the return is processed.

If a shipment is returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the same 20% restocking fee will apply unless the customer wishes to pay to reship the order.
