Warranty
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Bedrock Battery, LLC (“Bedrock”) warrants each Bedrock-branded lithium battery (“Battery”), sold by Bedrock or its authorized distributors/dealers, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms below.
Pro-Rated Coverage
Months 0-60: Free replacement or repair (at Bedrock’s discretion).
Months 61-72: Replacement available at 55% of Bedrock’s MSRP at the time of claim.
Months 73-84: Replacement available at 65% of Bedrock’s MSRP at the time of claim.
Months 85-96: Replacement available at 75% of Bedrock’s MSRP at the time of claim.
Months 97-120: Replacement available at 85% of Bedrock’s MSRP at the time of claim.
Registration Requirement
Batteries must be registered at bedrockbattery.com/warranty within 90 days of purchase to receive the full 10-year warranty.
If registered after 90 days but before 365 days, coverage is limited to five (5) years.
Batteries not registered within 365 days of purchase are not covered.
For damages occurring to external components or housing where the customer is found at fault, the following terms and deadlines apply to maintain warranty eligibility.
Reporting & Pre-Approval Process: To ensure the safety of our technicians and the feasibility of the repair, a mandatory pre-assessment must be completed before any unit is shipped.
Initial Notification: The customer must contact Bedrock Battery to report damage no later than 5 business days after the incident.
Required Documentation: Upon reporting, the customer must provide: (i) Detailed Incident Report: A written explanation of what caused the damage and how the incident occurred. (ii) Visual Evidence: Clear, high-resolution photographs of the specific damage and the entire unit from multiple angles. (iii) Identification: The Serial Number of the unit for warranty verification.
Pre-Shipping Assessment: Bedrock Battery will review the report and photos to determine if the unit is repairable. Do not ship the unit until you have received written authorization from our team.
Shipping & Arrival Deadlines: Arrival at Facility: Once authorized, the unit must be received at our authorized repair facility within 30 days of the initial incident. It is the customer's responsibility to select a shipping method that ensures arrival within this window. Note: Failure to meet the 5-day reporting window, provide the required documentation/incident report, or ensure the unit arrives within 30 days will result in the immediate termination of the product's warranty.
Repair Costs & Logistics:
Customer Liability: The customer is responsible for the full cost of repairs required to restore the safety and functionality of the unit.
Financial Responsibility: All expenses—including parts, labor, and round-trip shipping—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Final Safety Evaluations:
Unsafe Damage: If a unit is determined to be structurally or operationally unsafe or beyond repair based on the provided report, photos, or physical inspection, the repair will be denied.
Termination: If a unit is deemed hazardous or unrepairable, the warranty will be terminated immediately to ensure safety compliance and prevent the use of compromised equipment.
Transferability
Bedrock offers a one-time transfer of this Warranty to a new owner within 3 years of the original owner’s purchase date.
To transfer:
Submit a transfer request at bedrockbattery.com/warranty,
Pay a $100 transfer fee, and
Update ownership paperwork with Bedrock.
Once transferred, coverage continues for up to 10 years from the original purchase date; it does not reset.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover Batteries that are:
Improperly installed, maintained, or serviced;
Used outside of intended applications (including engine starting or exceeding rated continuous discharge);
Connected in series or more than three (3) units in parallel;
Damaged by reverse polarity, short-circuiting, or loose terminals;
Exposed to fire, water submersion, or extreme temperatures (above 140°F or below –40°F);
Physically damaged by impact, accident, or drop;
Neglected (stored discharged or uncharged for over 12 months);
Used in commercial applications repeatedly cycled beyond 80% depth of discharge in 24 hours;
Used with faulty or incompatible third-party products.
Warranty Claim Process
Contact the place of purchase or submit a claim at bedrockbattery.com/warranty.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused.
Customer prepays $300 for packaging/shipping (within the U.S.).
Bedrock arranges shipping to its facility.
Bedrock covers return shipping within the U.S. (international customers pay any shipping cost above $300).
Bedrock may replace defective Batteries with a certified refurbished unit of equal type. Warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.
Limitations
This Warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Bedrock is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, towing, installation/removal costs, or lost profits.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of damages; rights may vary.

This Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, US
